The website is not a government reporting channel, emergency service, legal service or scientific authority. Content is educational and may change as sources or assessments change.

Submissions

You confirm that your submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide every file. Do not submit classified, unlawfully obtained, export-controlled, defamatory, threatening, intimate or personally sensitive third-party material.

Your ownership and publication permission

You retain ownership of your original material. When you select publication consent, you grant the project a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review, reproduce, crop for format, annotate and publish the submitted material for evidence, education and reporting. We will not present an edited derivative as the untouched original.

Moderation

Reports may be declined, consolidated as possible duplicates, held for more information, anonymised or removed. Submission does not guarantee investigation or publication.

Community conduct

No harassment, doxxing, impersonation, fabricated evidence, coordinated abuse or unsupported allegations against identifiable people. Facebook participation is also governed by Meta's terms.

No guarantee

We aim for accuracy and continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular investigation outcome or the completeness of external archives.
