A document's publisher, date, scope and evidentiary limits matter as much as its headline. Open the primary record, preserve its URL and note when a later release supersedes it.
Government-published clips must be read with the publisher's description, disclosed method and evidentiary limits.
A hearing proves that testimony entered the public record—not that every underlying claim was verified.

Record Group 615 receives UAP-related transfers from federal agencies under the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act. The catalogue is a rolling archive: new agency transfers and descriptions may appear over time.
