MISSION
We believe serious study of UFO, UAP and USO reports can improve aviation safety, scientific literacy, public accountability and our understanding of unusual observations. Our mission is to foster cooperative investigation, preserve source material and make the public record easier to examine.
Oversight
Public institutions should explain their remit, methods, limitations and conclusions.
Transparency
We publish classifications, sources, corrections and uncertainty in plain language.
Dignity
Witnesses deserve respectful questions, privacy choices and freedom from exploitation.
